I’m here to help you run your life through working on three core elements — Food, Fitness and Focus. As well as guiding you through the best expert-led plans and advice that I have found while keeping all of my food advice and recipes simple.
I learned to cook in my 20’s and believe it is a life skill we should all possess. Whether you love cooking or maybe it’s not your thing, everyone can cook what I cook. My recipes use easy-to-find ingredients and are super fast to prepare.
My Food Foundations course will get you on the right track for healthy eating without any calorie counting or rigid rules around food. By combining your knowledge from Food Foundations with the advice in my Fitness and Focus sections, you will see long-term physical and mental benefits including increased energy, improved emotional wellbeing, achieving and maintaining your optimal weight, and better sleep.

Food Foundation is an eight week program designed to empower you to learn the basic principles of healthy eating. I developed this plan with nutritional scientist Aishling O’Hea and professional chef Graham Donovan to ensure it was not only nutritionally balanced, but really tasty too.
Prescribed diets have a notorious failure rate and that is why our Food Foundation menu plans are interchangeable and there as a guide. We want to empower you, not restrict you. We want you to enjoy the food you eat, not to see particular foods as ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
You will learn one new skill each week to help you to build a really strong foundation for lifelong healthy eating. Each week, you can watch a video where I demonstrate that week’s new skill. Topics include portioning, batching cooking, snacking and basic food shopping.
