Change Is Coming To The LIVE Sessions

12 months ago the world became a different place and one of the ways I reacted to this was to start doing live sessions for members of Derval.ie. I’ve loved these, I’m so proud & grateful to every expert who led a session & every person who gave their time to be part of the sessions. We’ve done live workouts, pilates, mindfulness, yoga, cooking, styling and de-cluttering together in the past year, It’s been an absolute blast!

The live sessions are here to stay but they are moving location. These have been delivered on the members group on Facebook but I’m going to livestream directly from Derval.ie.

Why move the Lives from the Facebook member group to Derval.ie?

• Not everyone is on Facebook, this makes the lives available to ALL members of the community at the same time in the same place.
• Hosting the lives on derval.ie makes them more intimate & exclusive
• The picture quality is excellent
• The chat feature on Lives that are hosted on derval.ie is far more interactive with polls and extra features
• The live sessions are hugely important to me and moving them over to my site means the privacy and security are a really high standard
