Join Josie and Kate from The Squad for my new fitness plan “Fit Blast”. Break a sweat from your own home with my amazing new “Fit Blast” plan designed to help you get more active and also enjoy working out. This 8 week program with a weekly workout will challenge you to increase your overall fitness.

Weeks 1 and 2 of Fit Blast will be live on my Facebook page from the 28th of March, followed by a Q&A on my members Facebook Group. Going forward the Fit Blast workouts will take place on my members Facebook Group.
