
NEW 4 Week Nutrition Support Programmes
- Menopause & Perimenopause
Cathy has identified weight management and perimenopause/menopause as key areas that people often need support in. If you feel you would benefit from additional support in a small group private settting (8-10), this is the ideal 4 week programme for you.
These programmes are run by Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Cathy Dunleavy – one of the expert contributors on Derval.ie.
About Cathy:
Cathy is a busy Mum of 2 and has an incredible passion for supporting women to make long lasting changes that positively impact their lives. In her previous career Cathy worked as a nurse for 14 years. Cathy felt extremely passionate about health and undertook a post-graduate certificate in Health Promotion focusing specifically on Cardiovascular Disease & Diabetes Prevention. She then went on to complete a Diploma in Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching.
About the Programmes:
Weight Management:
- On completing the course, you will have a much deeper understanding of the habits and thought patterns that have held you back.
- You will be armed with a box of simple but significant personalised tools which you can fall back on any time you start to feel that you are falling back into
a rut. You need never stay there for any length of time again after completing this course. - You will have a toolbox to help you to ‘come unstuck’ once you bring that all important awareness into your daily life.
Perimenopause/Menopause:
- On completing the course, you will have a much deeper understanding of the habits and thought patterns that have been holding you back or could hold you back throughout menopause/perimenopause.
- You will be armed with a box of simple but significant personalised tools which you can fall back on any time you start to feel that you are becoming stuck into a rut. You need never stay there for any length of time again after completing this course.
When registering, select the course applicable to you. The course will take place over 4 weeks, the experience is very personal and confidential within the group.
What do you get in each programme:
1. Each participant will fill out a form and this form will be analysed by Cathy to ensure the programme content is relevant and beneficial to your needs.
2. There will be two group sessions each week for 1 hour via Zoom. The first session is a topic based session and the second session is an interactive session.
3. Each participant will receive a handbook with support and resources for the programme.
4. For additional daily support there will be a (optional) whatsapp group with Cathy
Each Intensive Nutrition Support Group costs €240 per person. This is a cost of €60 per week.
