Fit Blast

When the website launched my very first fitness plan is the 8 week fit foundation. It’s a great way to move or get back into fitness if you’ve been out of it for a while. But now it’s time to step it up a gear with Fit Blast, this plan is being developed in collaboration with expert personal training team ‘The Squad’. It will take your fitness to a new level with a do it anywhere, anytime 8 week fitness plan. There are going to be some very special added extras in this plan so watch this space!

Recipes to Reunite You With the Kitchen

I’m really passionate about cooking as a fundamental of healthy lifestyle but I know it needs to be simple and easy to help people with their busy lives. The website currently has a bank of recipes but I want you to have even more choice. This means I’ll be adding 2 new recipes each week.

Vegetarian/Vegan

If you’re asking, I’m listening! Lots of you have contacted me about more plant based options in my recipes. Variety is the spice of life and I love having different recipe options. For years I’ve developed vegetarian and vegan recipes as part of my approach to cooking. I’m working on adding these as a recipe section on the website and I’m really excited for you to be able to cook these recipes in the coming weeks.

Calorie Counting

Lots and lots of people have asked me about eating in a calorie deficit and guidance with this. My first food plan on my site is the 8 week food foundation. It’s your basic introduction to eating well and the fundamentals that go with this. Along with a nutrition expert I’m working on a new plan that will be more detailed and will give a more exact approach. I always want to give genuine, sustainable ways to be healthy and I’m looking forward to you seeing what I’m working on in this space.
