I have been told that my talks are very motivational, inspiring, easy to connect with and contains very relevant information for clients and their audience. Unfortunately, as I am only person, I have to be selective with the events that I make myself available for.

Sample topics that I pride myself on speaking about include high performance in your work and life, finding the balance of living a healthy life and learning to be resilient. 

As an international athlete, I learned so much about the importance of food, fitness and focus. I was surrounded by experts in each of these areas and I learned from the best people in the world about how to get the best out of myself and to achieve my goals. I want to share the skills that helped me to achieve my goals and dreams as I want you to Run Your Life and be the very best that you can be.

Since retiring from international athletics, I’ve focused on using my knowledge and experience to empower others to run their lives. I’ve written two bestselling cookbooks, The Fit Foodie (2016) and Recipes For the Fast Lane (2014). I’m a coach on hit television show Ireland’s Fittest Family and I work as a health and fitness consultant with corporate clients.

Most of us struggle with living our best lives day-to-day, so I’m here to help you run your life through my three core elements of Food, Fitness and Focus. I’m here to guide you through my easy-to-follow programs and plans, tips, tools and advice with the end goal of helping you to be the best version of yourself.

While I do have a huge amount of knowledge and experience from my years as a former athlete, I still have to work at being fit and healthy. I’m a work in progress like everybody else.
