This challenge has been created with the fantastic Andrew from the Fitness Goose. This challenge is focused on all things running! There will be 2x weekly running plans developed by Andrew to support you to run 5k or for the more confident, the plan will help you to run your fastest 5k. With the weather improving now is the best time to get your running shoes on!
